By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by pak92 at pak92.vip (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. All such documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of any pak92 service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on pak92. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified through KYC, IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, or any other technical means will be closed. Any balance held in duplicate accounts is subject to forfeiture.
You are required to provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update that information if it changes. pak92 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak92 Login credentials. You must notify pak92 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pak92 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect them.
pak92 accepts PKR-denominated deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of your pak92 account and are subject to change.
Completed KYC verification, including a valid CNIC submission, is required before pak92 processes any withdrawal request. pak92 reserves the right to request additional documentation where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.
pak92 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion status of KYC verification. pak92 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
All Platform transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their bank or payment provider are the Player's responsibility.
All pak92 bonus offers are subject to specific eligibility criteria and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. A wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds.
pak92 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has acted in bad faith, used prohibited betting patterns, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or coordinating with other players to guarantee profit through promotion exploitation.
pak92 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Such changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and actively in use at the time of the change, subject to the applicable promotion terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak92 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from gameplay, technical errors, interruptions to service, or actions taken under these Terms. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.
